I knew a Rapunzel in Sabra La Tau and I know how Rapunzel grew up and she and I grew up in very similar circumstances.

Humanity means you mess up, but when you mess up, you apologize and you improve. THAT is what I have done because, guess what, I was Rapunzel once. I was YOU once.
