[cleared up from the events of last night and whatever earlier moments of the day, the Common Area's now sporting some tables pushed against a wall with food and drink spread out for those who would want something to munch on. opposite of this would be the masked ninja that advertised said meeting, standing in front of the windows, posture in its usual slump and seemingly lazy eye distracted by the views outside. somewhere nearby will also be that blonde people may remember as advertising the police force, pointedly standing with arms crossed, making a point to keep a CLOSE EYE on the people who attend the meeting]

[If you head out to the common area in the evening of day 34, your eyes will no doubt automatically go the large cage just hanging out in the middle of the room. It has no door, but instead of having bars it has chains dangling where the bars would go. If you are particularly observant, you may realize that the chains are just a bit loose, so that a person could easily slip between them.

OR you might be distracted by the large glowy, extremely prim writing occupying one wall:

"Now that you have an entire level of your headquarters cleared, we thought it could use a bit of redecorating. Unfortunately, the expenses for that are not in the budget, so if you would like to see some changes made for the good of the public, you need to contribute to making that possible.

Think of this as a fund raising.

By touching or entering or dealing with the cage you will find yourself affected by something within either mine or Dellen's domains. The effects will last until morning.

((OOC: Basically what the writing on the wall says. Touching or going into or dealing with the cage at all will leave your character affected by one of two temporary, minor status effects. It's RANDOM and thus, OOCly, players choice. Also if your character touches the cage again it will switch, and keep switching! But the effects won't go away until day 35 morning.

Dellen's Effect - Your character will find themselves VERY WORRIED about the safety of others, particularly those nearest them, and highly inclined to make sure they stay safe no matter what! '-'! Even if you have to smack them around and sit on them to make sure they don't do anything foolish like going out into nature or getting in REAL fights. Protective yandere, basically.

Eizon's Effect - Your character will find themselves highly inclined to listen to and obey all orders, whatever the source. Also, upon doing so, they will probably feel pretty good! Like that was a good choice and something to be proud of. Yay submission =D!

Note that while both of these effects could be called strong, and thus difficult to resist, they will not utterly override your character's personality, and they very much can be resisted.

Finally, Eizon and Del will not be around answering questions or anything. This is a mingle event.))

[ The smell of cooked meat wafts out of Apartment P by the evening. Trays made from hollowed Stiltwalker legs are laid carefully on the floor against the far wall, the food resting on top of them. There a few small bowls made from Stiltwalker as well.

Seating consists of a few cushions and chairs borrowed from Apartment Q, though there is a sign outside of Apartment P reading "Bring your own seating & dishes if you can!". ]

[ People of Apt C, Sparkles, Apt L, Enkidu, Gilgamesh, Jinx and Aoko were all invited to Apt ☻ for a dinner party! You may or may not have decided to come ~~please handwave being invited if you were not ICly!~~. Both Ambre and Felicia's shrines were visited right before the party -- though Rin makes sure to announce that "This dinner party is in the honor of Ambre and Felicia" at the start.

There is finger food! And there will be talk and probably entertainment :Ub The door is also open for any curious passer-by-ers. ]

[After a couple of days without their resident speedster, the search party from Apt C finally finds a room full of spiders surrounding a cocoon with a familiar-looking (if somewhat more pale than usual) freckled arm sticking out of it.]

[She's a mess of blood and bruising, covered in gashes—several bone deep—and with a stab wound straight through her right shoulder. A few broken ribs completes the pretty picture.]

[Today in the Shrine Room, you will see Albinia just hanging out by her shrine all day. Usually scribbling something on a clipboard.]

[But what might be more interesting is what's on the wall by her shrine. Specifically, four sheets of paper.]

[One will read "Due to demand, classes in scientific study will be offered. The price will be a daily chore done in my name done for most, if not all, days." Below that is several blank spaces asking for your name and several tic marks to the side asking for what subject you wish and what level you believe yourself to be.]

[There is another offering lessons in the local nature, with several spaces just for your name and with the two prices for the class.

[There is also another piece of paper labeled Teacher Assistant with spaces for the names and tic marks for what classes they might wish to help with. There is also a note this will be a tribute and the people will be paid. An interview before hand is mandatory.]

[There is a final sheet labeled Experiments. "The subject of these experiments will be to fine a viable means for the people to make their own medicine. Assisting in these experiments can be used as tribute even if nothing substantial is gained." There are also three columns for sign up. One for prior knowledge assistants, junior assistants, and willing test subjects. An interview is mandatory. There are already three names there, with John Watson on prior knowledge and Muppet and Maya Fey under junior assistants, written in blue ink.]

((OOC: For more information on the classes, please refer to this post. You can sign up OOCly without need to tag this post and assume you're in UNLESS you're going for an interview required position. You don't need the interview now, but you do need to talk to Albinia before you assume. The experiment does require some tagging because that's a less handwavey thing.))
