*around the fountain, there's an arrangement of a few tables and chairs, each with ample paper and pencils laid out on it. there's an additional table set with a few cakes and large bowls of ice cream, along with dishes to allow people to serve themselves. this table also sports a drop-box the same size as the sheets of paper, with a note on the front reading "DROP INFORMATION HERE"
there's also a pair of alchemists who've just finished setting all this up.*
