[There is a stew bubbling happily over the fire; leaf "platters" and shish-kebabs(? something-chunks on sticks), salad, a somewhat overcooked stirfry, and a gourd filled with fruit chunks in milky liquid are arranged on the kitchen counter.]

And I've been out a couple times...probably more than I ought to. But the other girls, not so much. And either way, after being stuck in a cave for however long, I wanted everyone to have the sky.

And gloomy. Which is only really good for secret caves or haunted houses.

Yeah. Though I wouldn't mind having a secret cave. And having a haunted house would be just like home!

So you lived with ghosts too?

We kind of invited them over on a regular basis.

Yup. I guess it wasn't exactly ghosts flying around and having tea--I mean, maybe they were, we couldn't exactly see them--but we knew they were there.

You couldn't?

Not with our eyes. Spirits are invisible, usually, so you have to use other means.
