[cleared up from the events of last night and whatever earlier moments of the day, the Common Area's now sporting some tables pushed against a wall with food and drink spread out for those who would want something to munch on. opposite of this would be the masked ninja that advertised said meeting, standing in front of the windows, posture in its usual slump and seemingly lazy eye distracted by the views outside. somewhere nearby will also be that blonde people may remember as advertising the police force, pointedly standing with arms crossed, making a point to keep a CLOSE EYE on the people who attend the meeting]

If there was some kind of way to announce that they needed a fighter or healer to go out, then anyone available could volunteer and meet with them. But a board should work for simple things, like if anyone goes out on a search they mark their name down as going out, and write who they're with and what area they're going to...

Ja, and if they're available to volunteer, they can at least write down what apartment they're staying in. So someone can go grab them should they need to form a group to go out.
