What:

[There's a bit of a commotion at the top of the stairwell if you're passing. Gilgamesh and Enkidu (the ones who haven't been dead or armless today) are dragging an at least completely unconscious and chained up Moss Lion down the stairs. Both of them look pretty beat up, bleeding and dishevelled, possibly on account of not appearing to have anything especially sharp or pointy on their persons. They appear to also be in hot debate.]

Less impressive than other lions it might be, but once we got the dirty vegetation off it'd still make an excellent hat. Or a cloak. Or a coat. It's just a waste to put it back.

Perhaps. I doubt it will be an issue, either way. Gilgamesh has tamed far more feral and I enjoy beasts.

I suppose it would be a poor lion if it were eaten by the neighbors.

I've eaten several. The neighbors here have some experience with it.

Are they tasty?

They aren't bad, don't really taste like meat at all.

I was just passing by, really. But a bit. He's an interesting fellow.

You mentioned that before. What do you find so interesting about him?

Hmm... I wonder. It's not something I think about that much. People are interesting or they aren't. But something like, I want to see where he goes? Whether he fails or succeeds, with that personality it's guaranteed to be a good show.

"It's interesting, I'll see what it does" and "It's boring, I'll pay it no attention"?

Ah, you have the right of it.

That is how most live, I believe. Some would lie about it because it does not sound pleasant to them, but in the end we only pay attention to what 'interests' us.

That's the right of it as well. People get ashamed over ridiculous things, but it doesn't make it any less truth.

He's made that clear enough. At least until he can figure out what makes me... ah... tick.

Though he does make it exceedingly difficult at times.
