[It is a fine morning (probably, anyway), and today Ling is wandering about and asking a most serious question to pretty much anyone he meets along the way]

[All this being said while hauling around lizagons. Now they're in the kitchen of Becca's apartment, and she hands him a knife.]

I'll cut the poison sac out. Watch where it comes from.

[And she proceeds to do precisely that.]

[well, in the meantime he's actually just taking off his jacket and putting it on the side, since he doesn't want to ruin his only one]

[Becca so doesn't care. Then again, she's got plenty of clothes.]

You don't have to be really careful to get the teeth out. Just cut into the gums like this, then wiggle 'em loose. Set them near the sink to be washed, then we'll see how much I've gotten done on the other one when you're done.

Oh, I'm not really worried about getting hurt.

Well, you don't have to be neat about it, either. The muscles in the mouth aren't really good for cooking. I just boil the heads enough that I can clean the skulls off once the teeth and eyes are cut out.
