Maid/Host EVENT!

When: Day 141, Late-morning and onward

[Over in the common area on Level 3, at least half of the space, including the public kitchen, seems to have been taken over by Maid or Host Cafe stations. The areas have been sectioned off tastefully with dark drapery or folding screens, and each station has it's own service area where menu items can be prepared or stored. Ingredients for various savory appetizer dishes are provided by Hok, and Luna and Albinia are catering pastries and ice creams. Selyir, of course, is providing teas, both hot and cold.

Slim looking black tables, plain with only a bit of flair on their feet, are set up throughout the area for customers to sit at and wait. There is even a line of them by the windows so people can look out over the hills while they enjoy their orders.]

Since the main purpose of the event is to give people a chance to thread with characters and players they don't normally interact with, I recommend logging on to #thusia in IRC so that you can get to know or chat with the player you're paired with! Ah, yes. I am something called a Heroic Spirit. I earned the right to be called a "hero" within my lifetime, and so my soul was elevated above the cycle of reincarnation. Such a spirit can only truly manifest again during a specific ritual in which they become Servant to a magic-wielding Master. The Master's purpose is to provide the necessary magical energy to keep his Servant in the world in exchange for the use of a Heroic Spirit as a familiar.

So in short my Master provides me with the means to exist, and I protect him in return. Of course, I am also happy to protect him because he is my friend.

How many people do you think have their names recorded as legends through history? It's only someone who can be remembered so who is a hero.

Are you the person the legend would be based off of or are those legends actual concrete fact in your world?

It's somewhere in between, but close to the latter... While I did exist and did become that legend, my current self is somewhat affected by the modern interpretations and alterations.
