Maid/Host EVENT!
When: Day 141, Late-morning and onward
[Over in the common area on Level 3, at least half of the space, including the public kitchen, seems to have been taken over by Maid or Host Cafe stations. The areas have been sectioned off tastefully with dark drapery or folding screens, and each station has it's own service area where menu items can be prepared or stored. Ingredients for various savory appetizer dishes are provided by Hok, and Luna and Albinia are catering pastries and ice creams. Selyir, of course, is providing teas, both hot and cold.
Slim looking black tables, plain with only a bit of flair on their feet, are set up throughout the area for customers to sit at and wait. There is even a line of them by the windows so people can look out over the hills while they enjoy their orders.]
((ooc: This one's the actual event post! Since the main purpose of the event is to give people a chance to thread with characters and players they don't normally interact with, I recommend logging on to #thusia in IRC so that you can get to know or chat with the player you're paired with! If IRC isn't your preferred method of contact, feel free to refer to the contact spreadsheet for other ways to get in touch with the other player. If you'd like to poke at the maids and butlers, check out the customer instructions!

If you'd like to participate as a customer with cue-card things, try to tag someone you haven't played off of before, and you can roll your cards with the RNG and this list. Hello my various servers! Please make a top comment to the main post with your characer's name in the subject line in order to have customers assigned to you! The comment body itself may contain the chara's reaction to the situation, what duties they're looking after, or what CRIME is written on their pin. Also, while it isn't the main purpose, a small fun thing may happen if your character manages to figure out what kind of reaction their customers are trying to get out of them :U.
