[Scowl's sitting just outside apartment E, leaning back against the door. He's gotten a book filled with blank pages from somewhere and is writing furiously in it, a sight that's likely unusual to most given how on edge he's been since arriving here. Who'd have taken Angry McYelly for a writer?
