Who: Henrietta and visitors
When: Day 62, Late Morning
Where: the library
What:
[well it looks like Henrietta has finally gotten around to the library...
The space itself is divided into two sections, the library proper—wall to wall bookcases, though, not with many books on them— and a long wooden table placed in the middle with wooden chairs spaced on either side.
Past the division, which appears to be the remnants of the stone wall, appears to be a study area. The back and right walls and are lined with two more long wooden tables. The southwest corner seems to be devoted to a couple of comfortable armchairs.
In on of these, Henrietta herself is draped across the arms, legs thrown over the side. Her pale blond hair is braided and pinned back in a coil and she looks... pleased?
So far none of the rain seems to have made it in, but really. How long is that going to last?]
((right now the only books on the shelves are ones written by the Thusian residents themselves! There is a rough list here. That will change in the future))

Dwarves, too, but they're not in this story.

[And yeah, that answer is quickly devolving into a sex story, with some details glossed over and others exaggerated.]

[But he totally is]
Least you got some nice bragging rights out of it.

But she wouldn't agree to let me borrow the king every now and then. Something about I would just misuse him.

He did hire me for a bit of work a few years later, but I'm afraid that little adventure is a bit more private.

Yeah yeah. I can see how you wouldn't want to talk about it in case His Highness ever finds himself here.

[No, she doesn't want to talk about it because the adventure dredged up her own past.]

They must have paid you quite nicely.
[Teasing~]

Very well. I wouldn't have asked for so much if my crew wasn't so greedy, of course.

[Slings an arm over Isabela's shoulder]
So what's the price to hear the story now? Surely it's on the table if you just happened to bring it up.
Especially to a bibliophile as you so aptly put it.

I still need to build up some credit.
