If I had any idea what to do about him, it would be done. Gilgamesh wants to keep him permanently aware from Kiritsugu, but probably just to see if it makes him snap. I don't care for that plan, but I don't know what he wants.
I've never actually seen them interact. Apparently he tried to strangle him at least once in the past few days. Kiritsugu says he and Kirei are 'in opposition'.
