[cleared up from the events of last night and whatever earlier moments of the day, the Common Area's now sporting some tables pushed against a wall with food and drink spread out for those who would want something to munch on. opposite of this would be the masked ninja that advertised said meeting, standing in front of the windows, posture in its usual slump and seemingly lazy eye distracted by the views outside. somewhere nearby will also be that blonde people may remember as advertising the police force, pointedly standing with arms crossed, making a point to keep a CLOSE EYE on the people who attend the meeting]

Trials may be tricky, as you'd have to find a completely unbiased third party willing to act as a judge, but something along those lines would be good. Once all the details of the situation have been laid out, a fair course of punishment can be executed, instead of say, an angry mob.

We're doing the framework for a more expansive and stable system. If people have to abide by the laws, then they'd probably demand the law, then the next logical action is to demand that the person be punished by the law.

But considering the amount of people who have most likely maimed or killed someone, if only because we got a lot of super powered people which leads to that sort of life style, it could become a hassle real fast.

Well ah, in Miss Fey's case, she was framed for murder. It isn't impossible to think someone might be smart enough to manipulate the victim before their death.

Still, in most cases, that should be enough to find a killer.
