[cleared up from the events of last night and whatever earlier moments of the day, the Common Area's now sporting some tables pushed against a wall with food and drink spread out for those who would want something to munch on. opposite of this would be the masked ninja that advertised said meeting, standing in front of the windows, posture in its usual slump and seemingly lazy eye distracted by the views outside. somewhere nearby will also be that blonde people may remember as advertising the police force, pointedly standing with arms crossed, making a point to keep a CLOSE EYE on the people who attend the meeting]

That's what I was told. Though perhaps the goddess of undead has an easier time of things, it's certainly not a living revival. The other two options are rebirth and rewinding to the point of reaching outside their domains.

Bringing people here is also beyond their domains and will become more difficult, though they are pooling their powers.

That's easily solved by setting up trade. My group is nearly all hunters, and even with guys who have big appetites we can bring in more than anyone can eat among us. We'd probably be willing to trade for other supplies.

Manipulators will do damage whether or not there are territories, so that argument doesn't really work against it.
