What: Long awaited meeting...

[cleared up from the events of last night and whatever earlier moments of the day, the Common Area's now sporting some tables pushed against a wall with food and drink spread out for those who would want something to munch on. opposite of this would be the masked ninja that advertised said meeting, standing in front of the windows, posture in its usual slump and seemingly lazy eye distracted by the views outside. somewhere nearby will also be that blonde people may remember as advertising the police force, pointedly standing with arms crossed, making a point to keep a CLOSE EYE on the people who attend the meeting]

Yeah, having a court would probably be a good idea. But there's no need for a council or to control every little thing of daily life. I mean, they should have power, but not necessarily strength, if that makes any sense.

It's more that I don't want a government that makes me answer to people I don't fucking trust.

Excel's idea of territories sounds okay to me. I can stick with people I know that way.
