[ You've cleared out the floor most of you are sleeping. Where do you go for some rip roaring ~~maulings~~ fun now? The 4th floor? The 2nd floor? Or will you venture outside the glass doors again? ]

(( Please make a note somewhere in your comments about where you'll be heading! Groups are preferable. Your nature runner this time around is Rui! ))

[scales a little higher up the wall, intending to watch it go past below him]

[ It goes past. But it meanders up and down the wall. Pat pat pat. As if it's blindly looking for something. ]

[ffffollows at a reasonably safe distance]

What's it doing?

[ Patpatpat, and then it turns back in your direction again. ]

Sound, huh.

[climbs a bit higher, then goes absolutely still]

[ Nope. Still patpatpatting towards you. ]

Worth a shot.

[whatever, we can be bros. keeps scaling the building, going just a hair faster than the worm]

[ As you look up, you can see the clear blue sky. And a small herd of gigantic red flying lizards the size of orcas. ]

Whoa.

[is the roof of this place anywhere in sight?]

[ You can get to the roof! ]

[yesssss time to perch and watch the herd of lizards flying overhead. he lifts his hand to turn on his radio transmitter, then .. .oh :(]

Wish the old man could see this.

[ As if he'd do more than just :| at you for wasting his time. ]

[shut up, this is awesome. after a few more moments of batperching, he starts heading along the edge of the building, looking out over the sea of trees.]

[ Nothing but canopies and canopies of green. Oh, and the red lizagons flying overheard. Kind of like the ones that are starting to fly in closer... ]

[uh oh. too busy looking out at the trees at first. then he looks up.]

... that's a little too close for comfort.

[ How about closer? ]

Time to bail.

[starts scaling his way back down]

[ One of those red lizagons takes a DIVE in your direction, jaw filled with sharp teeth open to catch you with!!! ]

Slag it!

[pushes off from the building entirely, diving into empty air]

[ That thing might be huge, but it sure is agile and right on your heels! ]

[kicks his heels together, triggering a slight boost from the rockets in his boots. arms at his side, ready to snap out his wings at the last second]

[ It's a total ride into the danger zone, but you make your escape! From the first one. There's still the rest of the herd going after you. ]

[craaap crap crap. he turns on the power and glides over the top of the trees, bobbing and weaving as he tries to avoid them.]

[ They're still flying fast after you! One even snaps scarily close to you. ]

[ If you look to your left or right, there's flashes of red there too. ]

[curses under his breath]

This is gonna suck.

[shuts off his boots abruptly, aiming for a crash landing just below the level of the canopy]
