What: Someone obsessively remembered Wally's birthday.
[IT'S A PARTY! A small, hastily thrown-together party, but a party nonetheless. Which in this case mostly means a whole lot of food, because it's really hard to throw a good party when half your apartment has almost been murdered recently. Either way, someone looks pretty proud of himself.]
((So despite my OOC negligence, please assume Robin mentioned he was doing this if you live in the apartment.))
