[And so Apt Responsibility’s living room has now become Apt Tea Room + Free Laundry. For those who are interested, we offer a soothing, fresh and cozy ambiance ~ adorned with pretty table cloths, cushions, flowers (alllll the Fairly Lights), plant pots, candles and clay pottery.

You may also notice that our tables and chairs’ legs are made of spider legs (they are wearing cute crocheted socks).

Currently, we offer tea, cocoa, pastries, dango and meat dishes. Everything works on bartering! XD Food ingredients or useful stuff (or trinkets) for Apartment Q’s residents are always welcome, or you can always volunteer to wash the dishes….]

Well, it does seem tactless to just butt in right away. People think it's weird when strangers care or something. [Handwave.]

Well, some people are just not not used to people caring in general. So naturally when a stranger cares they find it odd.

...I guess some people do have that. I mean, I know there's some bad people, but it really can't be that many, can it?

If it were as simple as people being "bad", then no -- there are not that many. But...it is not so black and white.

If people are concern, then the concern should be genuine. If it isn't, then you were trying to find out something to make the person vulnerable and hurt them. It'd be like that, wouldn't it? Why else would you just 'pretend' to be concerned?

It is not always bad. Some people fake concern because they do not know how to react to someone feeling down. That is not good, but that does not make a bad person... [So unsure as he speaks.]

Ah -- people are confusing.

But wouldn't they be concerned if they were concerned about the person feeling down...?
