Ahh, you got it. Dr. Edgar and the others always wanted to know what I was feeling, how I was doing, down to any weird dreams I might have. It wasn't like anything was ever private.

And as such, being exposed to a world wherein far more is considered private is not only strange, but undoubtedly isolating.

Emotions and emotional coping were not something I was faced with until relatively late in my existence. As such, they were never much a priority.

Most do not experience a reaction to their own death. It was not, entirely, something I was prepared for.

At the moment, I am more concerned for the loss of those I have left behind.

I don't know. It's not so easy to forget anyone who's had an impact on you. Even if I wanted to be, I don't think I'd be forgotten. And I haven't forgotten anyone.

Such a possibility does not bother me. especially given that it is only one of many possible futures.

I've been thinking a lot lately that it's probably that all possibilities are "real", they just don't exist for each person at the same time. That's probably why we can get doubles coming here.
