You can select the name of a god and it'll show you their picture and a list of different things they can do or give you.

But not how to call them?

No . . . But it's usually something obvious like calling their name or doing something to the shrine.

But if I accidentally did the wrong thing, wouldn't that be vandalism?

You can automatically assume that anything that would count as vandalism isn't what you need to do.

Even so, I think that I will find out the proper way to call a god first if it involves changing the shrine at all.

[nod] You can ask around about any gods you do want to call. There's usually at least one person who's figured out how.
