I'm afraid I have to disappoint you already. While people mistakenly worshipped me as a goddess, I am not a genuine one.

I resent that remark. I certainly earned that reputation.

I do not doubt that. Humans with sufficient levels of power, influence, or cultural backing manage such feats all the time.

I am a Pureblooded beta type Reyvateil. Though considering we are from entirely different worlds, that will hardly mean a thing to you.

I suppose I can share this information. Reyvateils are artificial beings created with the aid of sound science. Although our bodies are entirely made of organic matters, we are strongly connected to machinery. We are able to use Song Magic, meaning that we can do things such as shoot fire or even heal people. Under specific circumstances, it is possible to create land out of nothing as well.

There are three types of Reyvateils in my world. Origins, Pureblooded beta types, and Third Generation.

Interesting ... what are the differences between the types?

Origins Reyvateil were the first ones to be created. They are directly connected to the towers upon which our world was built. We don't have gods, but I suppose they'd be the closest thing to them. There are three of them in total. Pureblooded beta types were created by cloning those three, although saying they're mere clones is not correct. As for Third Generation Reyvateils, they are the results of Pureblooded Reyvateils eventually mating with humans a long time ago.

The strongest difference lies in powers and abilities. A Reyvateil's magic power comes from a different set of factors, and one of those is the purity of the sound waves they are capable of emitting. In addition to that, third-generation Reyvateil don't have their own Hymn Code, and as such they cannot input commands in the tower of origin.

Fascinating. I never heard of such a thing existing in my world.

And I've only kept it to the basics. There are far more interesting things than just that.

Do you retain your abilities here?

Unfortunately, it looks like my connection with the Tower had been severed upon coming here. Right now my songs have no power, but if I were to find a way to restore the connection, then my abilities would be back.

Are you interested in Song Magic?

Intellectually, yes. I doubt I am capable of such a thing.

I thought as much. You may be a god, but Song Magic is only available to Reyvateils. And besides, Reyvateils are all female. You certainly don't look like one to me.

I am interested to know about other worlds, so I would not mind writing information about Song Magic and Reyvateils for you in exchange of such information. You said you're a god of records, so I'm assuming you must know quite a lot.
