What: Making his arrows more awesome.

[Wander is sitting in the halls, whistling a very somber tune while he uses a rock to sharpen some of his arrow heads. He looks more than a little worn after dealing with a giant spider earlier today but he's amazingly enough not injured!

You also caught him in a somewhat good mood!]

[Well that's good, because the soft weeping is developing into light sobbing. Damn it, it's the second time he's cried in front of someone. Damn it. :/]

W-will...will it ever stop hurting this much?

I don't know. I hope it will hurt less with time... but I don't think it will ever stop hurting completely. And I don't think I'd want it to.

It's an uncertainty I think many of us here are stuck with, so you're not alone. I don't know what became of him, either. If he's okay, regardless of whether or not he's alive.

W-was he okay when you last saw him...?

But I don't remember what happened to me, if he suffered the same fate... or if he's been left behind, how he's taking it. I wish I could be there with him again, or even tell him it's okay and I'll be along to join him as soon as I can, but right now that's not possible.

I've seen dozens of worlds, I've seen terrible things done, and I don't believe a single one of them deserves a fate separated from their loved ones. I may not know what you've done, but I can tell this isn't something you deserve, either.

There are some that do. Some of them need to suffer.

...I endangered many lives.

I endangered the lives of my brother and family, and our actions cost the lives of some people we cared about.

What my brother and I did... we should have--no, we did know better. But we thought we could beat the odds, defeat the rules and succeed where no one else ever had before.

[Well, Wander will go back to clinging again, sorry Ed.]

[He...really won't bring up how he knew how this would affect his people and that there was really no way around it. At least Edward and his brother tried to change that, where as Wander was only focused on one thing.]

And so should everyone else. But while we're trapped here, we can at least make the best of a bad situation, and hope to find our way out with time.
