[ Akito is passed out, asleep in the hallway after his body gave him a sudden 'fuck you' from exhaustion. He's up against the wall and out of the way, thanks to the Flareon that's currently curled up against his chest. He seems comfortable enough, though occasionally twitches; frowning in his sleep until A-T licks away the anxiety. ]

*taking a walk up and down the halls before settling in for the evening, and...*

Akito? Are you all right?

[A-T looks at him and growls lowly, though quickly stops when Akito stirs and returns to giving him a few kisses and a nudge with her head.]

*softly*

It's okay, A-T. I just wanted to be sure he's all right. You're taking good care of him, aren't you?

[She wags her tail slowly in approval. When Akito begins to wake up again, however, she isn't able to get him to fall back asleep. He sits up slowly, rubbing his uncovered eye with a yawn.]

..Ah? It's Edward-san. Hi.

Hello, Akito. Are you all right?

[It takes him a few moments to wake up more fully, so his answer is slightly delayed:]

...Un! I'm okay - just tired, I guess.

Do you need a hand getting back to your apartment?

Ah.. No, I should be okay! It's just over there, anyway. [HAS NO IDEA HOW HE ENDED UP HERE... but after his legs agree to move again he'll be ditching the hallway. :|b]

As long as you're sure. I wouldn't want to just leave you here...

It's not like I'm in any danger out here, ne? I'll be going back to my room as soon as I can feel my legs again! I think I slept on them strangely...

I hope not. As long as you're sure everything's all right, then... though if you like, I could stay and keep you company until you're ready, too.

For someone so old, wouldn't it be painful on your body to stay here for too long?

*laughing lightly*

Maybe, but it'd be worse on my mind to just leave a friend alone here.

[He seems confused, but happy.]

I guess that means I have to go to my room quickly, so Edward-san's old body doesn't get sore waiting for me, ne?

No, I can get up now. [GETS UP D< ... unsteadily, and he wobbles quite a lot, but manages to keep his balance. His skinny little legs are tired, thanks to Aella's training session. '-']

Un! I'm fine! Aella-san needed my help training today, so it's just that my legs are very tired..

Yeah? You both must've been training really hard.

There's no point in training if you're not going to train really hard. It's the same for anything, ne? If you're not going to put in your best effort, then what is the point?

Ah, exactly right. I always felt the same way when I trained, and when I studied, too.
