What: AN EXPLOSION

[While other apartments might be taking a break from the tasks of the day, getting that much needed moment of rest, Apt E has better ideas. Ideas that apparently involve small explosions. The apartments on either side of them may feel a slight tremor at the sound of detonation.

Inside the apartment, Scowl is proudly admiring his handiwork: a roughly door-sized hole blown in the back wall of the apartment, connecting it to the freshly cleared apartment behind them.]

Fucking perfect. Let's get that door on the other entrance now.

Yeah, ours is almost cleared. It would've been done by today, but I guess it's a good thing it wasn't. Two explosions like that in a short time span could cause problems.

I don't know if I can add any stone back, but I think I can adapt a spell to remove stone to make it smooth.

It'd be fine unless someone blasted through anything load bearing. You should be fine as long as [INSTRUCTIONS FOR AVOIDING THAT GO HERE :Db].
