[Something smells delicious over in apartment L. There are a several plates broad leaves lined up on the counter, each piled high with still steaming lizagon meat and various sauces (sweet and sour, sweet and spicy, spicy).]

Yep. Each Innocence can only ah synch up to certain people. So even though Allen and I are both Exorcists, he couldn't use this hammer like I do.

He can also take the entire arm off and it turns into a sword.
