[so basically, a recovering from first-day severe injuries masked ninja (because unlike the icon shows, he is wearing a now-blood-stained headband tilted over his left eye) has managed to walk (re: limp) himself to this place before taking a seat, a questionable book in hand, and though it's open it may or may not appear that he's reading it. after all, he hasn't turned a page in almost twenty minutes...]

I was basically speared through the hip by one of those large creatures whose legs look like trees.

Me and the other person who went out there were nearly killed and it was two-on-two.

Like being stalked like prey until I was able to climb up one of the pair's legs and kill it with an attack. Its main body was a good twelve feet or higher.

The second one didn't die so easily.

And I got to learn the hard way that getting their blood in your wounds is an easy way to get poisoned.

... don't go hunting those things without at least three other people, is my suggestion.
