Irrelevant, the key factor seems to be you not intending to get involved. You have a much higher chance of attracting them than I do, as my cases also just tend to be the result of another crime that was in progress. Which, in retrospect, is a bit disturbing for my resume.

Perhaps you just need to stop thinking about being a detective, and then we'll get something.
