[So those of you unaffected are probably going about your day pretty normally, other than the sense of buzzing and liveliness in the air. At this point most of the 3rd level's indoor plant-life has gotten a weird boost but the pace of growing is slowing down again. The effects seem to be.. drifting downward toward level 2 and level 1 instead.

However, quite a few of those who are affected will find that their condition is worsening, possibly in rather alarming ways.]

((ooc: I (ceesoo) will be running out to a movie soon but I will definitely work on threading effects tonight and all day tomorrow o7! Karri will also be here to run some escalation this evening as well. PEOPLE WHO ARE AFFECTED BY FAR-SEEING MUSHI, I AM CLAIMING YOU GUYS so you may not get a response while I'm out but I WILL DO THIS THING AS SOON AS I'M BACK. I AM HERE AND SHALL REMAIN SO UNTIL THURSDAYISH

[Well of course the moment she purposefully looks for it the glow starts to manifest again, as if she's opened a second pair of eyelids, a different sense.]

[Again, it doesn't seem to hurt. In fact now if she approaches, the pain from before seems to lessen. In the flowing light she can see miniscule twisting creatures, like glowing worms or amoeba, thousands of them just moving along in a stream, making up that river of light.]

[Lessening pain is definitely interesting. But. But this still feels like a bad decision. DILEMMA.

Shifts upwards into a crouch, looking at them]

What are you?

[they don't or can't really answer, certainly they're not particularly intelligent organisms, just existing because existing is what they do. There's a feeling that they're teaming with life, like they're a source of growth and abundance.]

[As she walks, she has to keep her actual eyelids closed to see their glow, and it's like the ground isn't there and she's walking above them. There isn't really a particular direction they're coming from now, they're just slowly flowing down from the HQ into the ground, naturally following the pull of some gravity they feel.

Her pain lessens more and more as she looks at the light, as she continues to follow it.]

[Keeping herself plastered to the wall, feeling her way along as she keeps heading up.

Gosh this is feeling better and better, maybe I should test opening my eyes]

[The mushi light fades but... it doesn't hurt she can't see anything suddenly.]

[Touching her hands to her face confirms it. Literally no eyeballs there. They've been consumed.]

[This is the ultimate betrayal light]

[Okay screw if it causes her pain or not, pressing her hair over her eyes and singing]

[For a moment, through her fingers, under her hair, against her cheeks, she can feel a thick liquid dripping, pouring out. As she sings that searing painful stinging returns. It hurts. The light through her eyelids is so painful she could nearly pass out from how bad it is.]

[SCREAMING AGAIN, dropping her hair and falling to her knees, pressing the heel of her palms against her eyes]

Nononononono

[It's really painful!! For a moment. But then the pain starts to fade again, which is probably more alarming this time...]

[I'm going to cry
