Aa. He's from the timeline where everything ended well for the blanks. He may yet still have some power that he gained from defeating King.

The other option would be to work at it slowly with missions from the gods here.

... Shinra, the Judges were gods of the world of Sabra La Tau. He was bound there and wanted to die there. So when the sun exploded, of course he was happy to go with it.

The whole history of Sabra La Tau is sad.

It was meant to die eons ago. But that King and his Judges decided to keep it going by living off the sacrifices of its people until they were sacrificed to the earth. And then they brought it others from other worlds. Ours was the last batch in one timeline. I hardly know how many others may have followed in the one where the blanks failed.

Don't misunderstand. I appreciate all the things I saw and experienced in Sabra, frm a scientific point of view, but given the nature of the whole thing... well, even someone like myself has to wonder if it was worth it in the end.

Why's there a point to anything? Couldn't we all just be random specks in the universe where there is no grand scheme? To have a "purpose" to something means that there is a "reason" behind it, but if the reason of "survival" isn't enough for you, what "reason" are you looking for here? For the blanks? Your self? Your suffering?

That's quite an agnostic viewpoint to talk from.
