Where: the fourth floor windows just beyond the shrines
What: watching it rain

[A young woman in red is staring out the windows at the rain with a bemused smile, her right eye covered by strips of reddish cloth. She's carrying a metal staff and has a small foxhawk riding on her shoulder.]

Well, they could have at least greeted me with more pleasant weather, don't you think?
