[so there's that obnoxious guy who had been knocking on all of your doors recently. however, at this time, he seems to just be idly walking around on the edge of the fountain, looking toward the bulletin board and its notices consideringly whenever he passes by them. it doesn't look much like he's gotten sleep the night before, but then again, some people are already used to that.

all the same, as if speaking to himself, he asks:]
