It doesn't stop him from hobbling around HQ, shirtless and bandaged, trying to do his usual Shirou-ish things, but it sure does stop him from moving fast enough to try and kill a person.

So instead of KILL, he gives her the biggest, fakest smile he can muster, waving with his good arm.]
