[Today in the shrine room, an androgynous person in their late teens sits up with a gasp and immediately begins, well, mumbling to themself. You can pick up things like 'gone' and 'really' and 'alive?' and 'candy wrappers'.

Though if you come close their red eyes will quickly and nervously flick to meet yours.]

The original population, along with much of the cities and technology, was wiped out in a battle between the gods. I guess they mean both building back up the civilization, and, for the younger people at least, repopulating it.

I mean maybe I will be more interested when I'm older but also I think it's kind of a bad idea??
