stop me if you've heard this one before
Who: Anybody, plus some Yakumos
When: Day 121, noon
Where: The public kitchen!
What: Productive members of society and not-so-productive members of society
[Two Yakumos walk into a public kitchen...
One of them (the sane one with the fluffy fox tails) is working diligently at the stove, cooking up what seems to be a wide variety of fresh ingredients gathered from our new locale - fruits and berries from bushes, some fish from the river, nuts, various kinds of meat and even herbs and flowers. For the most part it seems like she is experimenting with different flavors - everything here is new and a little bit different, after all - but whatever the result, it sure smells delicious, even from the other end of the hall.
The other Yakumo (the crazy one) has a pile of massive bones on the table in front of her, and also a number of what appear to be carving tools. Depending on when you show up, you may find her leaned over, carving delicate items out of bone. Or you may find her looking up, attempting to balance a long, straight bone (perhaps a femur?) on her forehead. ]

do I detect a hint of bitterness? :)]
Sure they do. Lots of people are willing to play fair as long as the outcome of the game isn't important. If it's a meaningless game anyway, I don't mind playing by the rules. It's fun that way.

Oh, you must lose quite a lot then.

I didn't care to find out. I wasn't in it for the challenge.

Just trying to keep your head above water, is that it?
