Where: EVERYWHERE
What: omg it's a 6ft tallsnake ram bat puppy monster puppy
*Wherever you are today, you might run into a... Well it looks to be MOSTLY a dog, anyway! You might find him running madly through the halls and skidding/falling around corners, napping in a corner with his tail snakes guarding his sleep, up on the roof holding on with his feet while he flaps his wings against the breeze, and generally making a pest of himself. Come play with the puppy, he just wants to have fun!!*
[[OOC: He can't actually speak human in this form, so let me know if you can understand animal-speak/read minds/something to actually communicate. Otherwise his threads will be all in action tags]]
