Who: You =D
When: Day 114, Evening and alll night long~
Where: In ur dreams
What: Dream post!
[Maybe you have gotten used to the regular hum of the HQ's engines as it flies slowly over a rippling canopy. Maybe you even find their sound soothing as you drift off tonight... Or maybe you don't drift off at all, maybe wherever you are, whatever you were doing, you just find yourself inexplicably sleepy.
Whatever it is, you end up in dreams. Your dreams? Or someone else's? It's hard to say.]
((OOC: DREAM POST!
For those of you who have never participated in a dream post, everyone interested in running a character's dream posts a top level comment and people comment to that to be in that character's dream. There are basically no rules about how it works! Be a lucid dreamer, don't be, figure it out halfway through, push and pull between who controls the dream. w/e have fun! If you need an OOC excuse to be asleep you can totally assume Rew's power just made your character unreasonably tired at some point. Solitary dreamers will find ocean waters rising in and drowning out their dreams, but Rew won't be making any appearances in this post.))

Will you help me?
[The same voice again.]

Always. Where are you?

Would you pay the price?

Everything feels empty.
And then there's a pool of black in the middle of the room, slowly growing until a hand reaches out. And a familiar teen comes crawling out. Except there are various obvious differences between the Wander Ed knows, and the one currently pulling himself out of the blackness. The small horns protruding from the sides of his head, for one. The once light blue eyes now glowing inhumanely. Red hair now a sickly pale, dull reddish hue, and black veins running all through his skin. Eventually he stands, the black pool not going away.
He stares directly at Ed, panting and wobbly, voice dual tone. Demonic. Yet ragged, and it's obvious Wander has to struggle to speak.]
You will regret it.

[He staggers forward a couple of steps, lips pulling back into a hideous scowl. But he stops and tilts his head as he watches Edward, almost curiously, despite still scowling.]
...But thine price has been paid already?
[He sounds more confused than anything.]

It was a heavy price.

[The room seems to be completely engulfed in shadows, save for a circle of light where Edward and Wander stand.]

[And suddenly the darkness around them fades, and they are no longer by the shrines. In fact, they are no longer in Thusia, it seems. Instead they're in a large temple. Statues adorn the walls in the same style as the one the Thusian gods had become, except these are obviously not Thusian gods.
Wander points somewhere behind Edward, and turning around will reveal stone steps leading up to an alter, with a girl laying atop it. She wears all white, and has black hair that contrasts with her pale skin. Her eyes are closed.]
Look.
[Wander seems to want Ed to get a closer look...]

Then the girl turns into Edward's mother.]

No.

Hey, that sword laid out beside the body. WAS THAT THERE BEFORE? Regardless, it's shimmering abnormally. Everything is quiet, except for the occasional flap of a dove's wing and the humming of the sword.
Wander has also seemed to have disappeared.]

well.
tentatively approaching that sword.*
