[Maybe you have gotten used to the regular hum of the HQ's engines as it flies slowly over a rippling canopy. Maybe you even find their sound soothing as you drift off tonight... Or maybe you don't drift off at all, maybe wherever you are, whatever you were doing, you just find yourself inexplicably sleepy.

Whatever it is, you end up in dreams. Your dreams? Or someone else's? It's hard to say.]

((OOC: DREAM POST!

For those of you who have never participated in a dream post, everyone interested in running a character's dream posts a top level comment and people comment to that to be in that character's dream. There are basically no rules about how it works! Be a lucid dreamer, don't be, figure it out halfway through, push and pull between who controls the dream. w/e have fun! If you need an OOC excuse to be asleep you can totally assume Rew's power just made your character unreasonably tired at some point. Solitary dreamers will find ocean waters rising in and drowning out their dreams, but Rew won't be making any appearances in this post.))

[At exactly the count of ten, a shot that seems louder than anything in the world rings out and Cyril falls to the ground, a corresponding bullet hole appearing in his forehead. Road disappears shortly afterwards.]

[So now it's just you and one (1) Tyki. Who is sitting there cradling his dead brother? With a completely blank expression.]

Told you they wouldn't hurt you.

What the hell just happened!?

[He pulls the body closer to him for a few moments before it dissolves into dust. The dust falls in an interesting pattern-- the words "YOUR FAULT".]

[Tyki gives you a bit of a withering look.] What did it look like?

[Blinking down at the words. What even...?]

That a bullet was able to take out Cyril Kamelot.

[Tyki swipes at the words, but they rearrange themselves quickly and he winces and just leaves them.]

This isn't the real world, you know. It didn't exactly happen like that.

Then how did it happen?

[A very wide, extremely unnatural smile appears on his face.]

Does it matter?

[Man, if you go all crazy Noah on me, I am gonna--]

[Who am I kidding? Lavi has no Innocence. He can't do anything. (This is what it must feel like to be a Finder except they usually face death opportunities more often)]

It seems to matter to you.

[The smile fades after a moment, leaving him his (relatively) normal self.]

Of course it does.

The dirt is lying yanno. Even if I don't know the real circumstances.

Did you shoot him?

[He looks horrified at the suggestion.] Of course not.

So in the most technical of terms, you didn't kill him.

Doesn't matter.

[The bright blue sky turns a flat gray, and the grass loses its color as well.

[Man, there is a lot of things that just aren't adding up]

Do-- did you have a Memory of Noah?

I do.

[Goes into Noah mode with the skin and eyes and so on. He can only keep it up for a few seconds, though, and the effort seems to pain him. So he goes back to human form.]

[ow ow Joyd's a bitch]

... It doesn't like you anymore?

I guess not.

[Lavi is trying (superficially at least) to drum up some sympathy for Tyki because - let's face it, having a Memory crammed into your skull sucks. In fact, it might (just maybe) be worse than Innocence throwing out it's pokeball and saying "I choose you" to some poor unsuspecting and soon-to-be Exorcist]

[But on the other hand--- how many coffins were piled in headquarters after Barcelona. How many people had suffered, died, and were tortured at the hands of Noah and Akuma. War is war and death touches both sides. And some people should be put down]

[So it is extremely difficult to not show relief that Joyd was hibernating and that crazies like Road and Cyril were dead]

Ah.

[A pause]

So you can be yourself again.

[Funnily enough, this one doesn't even remember any of that.]

Myself again? No. I was never like this.

What do you mean? You're you, yeah. You minus the creepy bloodthirsty voice inside your head.

Minus? I hear him all the time. He never shuts up.

Oh. So loud obnoxious bloodthirsty voice with no power boost.

No, I could probably kill you messily and painfully.

It would just hurt a lot, and I don't actually want to anyway.
