purple haze all in my brain
Who: errybody
When: Sunset, day 108
Where: Building D, 4th floor
What: Hashing shit out
[Maybe you heard about it through the grapevine today, or maybe you saw one of the many fliers lying around, reading:
Maybe, if you aren't normally the sort to come to meetings, your apartment has been mysteriously broken into and an item taken, with only a ransom note left behind: "If you want to see it again, come to the auditorium on the fourth floor at sunset."
Either way, when you arrive, there will be a pile of stolen goods on the stage, quite unharmed. There will also be a table with various foodstuffs and drinks. The food is quite tasty, and so is the tea. The booze isn't bad either. It must have come from someone with a pretty impressive stash.
On a completely unrelated note, there is one (1) Yakumo Yukari sitting in the front row. She is the picture of innocence, and there is absolutely no way she stole your shit. ]

Re: THE LIZAGONS
Faint sounds of movement in the adjoining room eventually follow; the click of cutlery, the soft thunks of weighted ceramics on wood.]
Re: THE LIZAGONS
There's also the sudden, troubling reality of astral exhaustion that wasn't there a few hours ago. Actually, attempts to sit up seem to be mostly failing.]
Re: THE LIZAGONS
The knocking that follows at the door is soft . . . soft enough for someone sleeping not to notice it. Soft enough that you could pretend it wasn't there at all.]
Re: THE LIZAGONS
It's a very long few moments before there's any response, like maybe there won't be one...
Finally, quietly;]
I'm awake...
Re: THE LIZAGONS
My apologies for interrupting. It's mid-evening; much as you had conveyed that you would return by now, you seem as though the continued rest might serve you better.
Re: THE LIZAGONS
... Tempest is going to worry regardless.
Re: THE LIZAGONS
She'll worry less if she sees you.
Shall I let her know where you are?
Re: THE LIZAGONS
No... that'll just make it worse for sure.
Re: THE LIZAGONS
Re: THE LIZAGONS
Just another hour, then I'll be fine.
Re: THE LIZAGONS
Re: THE LIZAGONS
[He latches onto the side of the pool well enough to at least pull himself partially upright, newly-borne fingers curled against the stone.]
Re: THE LIZAGONS
[The word is a gentle reprimand as Zexion torns back, reaching for Chrono's shoulder.]
Successful as this has been, please do not strain yourself so soon.
Re: THE LIZAGONS
This-- I don't understand.
Re: THE LIZAGONS
[Arm around Chrono's shoulders, he raises his other hand to Chrono's forehead.]
Your fever has gone down.
Re: THE LIZAGONS
That's not what I'm talking about.
Re: THE LIZAGONS
What is it?
Re: THE LIZAGONS
[He makes a weak gesture to the... everything around him.]
A legion chamber will be useless to just about everyone here. Why waste the time, and the resources? And if you were going to experiment with legion, why wouldn't you construct something out of it rather than creating a reservoir?
Re: THE LIZAGONS
Re: THE LIZAGONS
And that's reason enough to do it?
Re: THE LIZAGONS
Re: THE LIZAGONS
NO I STILL CANNOT COMPUTE THIS
Please hold, re-dialing]
Re: THE LIZAGONS
Re: THE LIZAGONS
Really can't ever understand you.
Re: THE LIZAGONS
[Moves his arm back, lowering Chrono back into the pool.]
But if there were any advice I were to offer, it would simply be: you're not wrong. But you're over-thinking it as well.
