[ Who's up for some fun times in nature? ]

[ Oh, and if you're up and out early enough, you may just catch sight of a Lizagon making its way down the big hallway toward the wider open area. A big Lizagon- easily larger than the other ones loitering around this hallway. Its scales have also started changing to a bright, ruby red color, the older green ones shedding off as it walks. ]

[ It doesn't seem to notice you as it passes- it doesn't seem to be stopping for anything in fact. Do you dare follow it? Or are you lucky enough to have decided to go hunting after it passes? ]

[ noooooooo family! He'll occupy himself with the Vineaconda, though-- really just by trying to breathe fire at it. It's not the most effective flame he's created, but it's worth a try. ]

[ The head end of the Vineaconda doesn't appreciate fire- it turns its head toward you and begins aiming its coils for you. The tail end of it, at least, doesn't seem to have any direction in its flailing. ]

[ continues trying to fire! When it gets closer, he'll try to bite or claw at it. ]

[ The disorientation isn't helping- between being on fire in places and that, it starts to writhe blindly instead. ]

[ Further ahead, the tail of the Lizagon is disappearing into a thick area of plants. ]

[ The Lizagon is being forgotten about in lieu of Vineaconda killing. Or attempted Vineaconda killing. Maybe he can bring back half of a Vineaconda for everyone!!! That is exciting, right? ]

[ Super exciting! If the attacks keep continuing eventually Liher gets himself two dead Vineaconda halfs. ]

[ And here when Tyr came running after Liher (with Rita in tow), he thought he'd have to save him. He's pleasantly surprised to see a dead Vineaconda!

Now he just has to catch his breath. ]

Liher! Don't run off like that!

[Rita's a few seconds behind and totally unimpressed.]

Ugh, what's going on over here?

[ squeaking proudly! Look what he did, guys! ]

[ Dead Vineaconda, guys!! Also strangely close clumps of brown trees- those really weren't that close before. ]

[ Unfortunately, Tyr just brushes that observation off as his mind playing with him. Liher gets a tired smile and a little pat on the head. ]

Yeah, you killed it anyway, though...

[Yep, trees, whatever. Rita wants to move on!]

Are we taking this thing back with us, or what?

[ chirp chirp! picking up the half with the head in his mouth, gonna bring it back with him. ]

[ Certainly you won't notice that clump of trees being right next to you now. ]

[ Or that one of the tree trunks is missing. ]

[ He's not quite close enough to the ground to notice the missing trunk, but he's not dense enough to miss that the trees are right beside them now. He keeps his eyes on them as he scoops up Liher (who better have a good hold on that Vineaconda) with his free arm. Taking a quick step away now! ]

Yeah, hurry up and grab it.

[Wow, those trees are creepy.]

Wha--me?

[...But not sticking around to argue. Grabbing the other half! (And making a face...)]

[ Vineaconda is ours! And also clinging to Tyr's arm as he's picked up. ]

[ Well if you haven't noticed anything else about that clump of trees, you may now notice one of the tree trunks spearing toward Tyr's leg, its tip sharp and pointed. ]

[ Good thing Liher is holding on, because Tyr isn't that graceful when he jumps away. And not even enough to fully avoid being jabbed. He grits his teeth as he limps a little further away. ]

Stop complaining and just come on!

Tyr!

You're gonna pay for that, you-!

[...With her still nonexistant magic...Yeah.]

...Just you wait!

[And following Tyr, worried. She has his water rune, but she'd rather they got a bit further away before she heals him.]

[ holding on tight to his awesome prize, so fire assistance is not happening; sorry guys! ]

[ That clump of tree trunks begins to move- and a set of eyes appears in the foliage that looked like its top. Multiple sets of eyes. The trunks begin to move and that sure is a literal tree-spider moving toward you three now. ]

[ It's just an oversized spider, Tyr tries to tell himself, regardless of the sting in his leg. Even if a staff really isn't meant to be used with one handed, he still can take on a spider on his own. (Rita is not allowed to use her blastia.)

He continues to back away from it, hoping there's nothing behind him, just to give him some distance before taking a swing up at it like he's trying to make it flip over. ]

[(Tyr's not allowed to get stabbed any more, huff!) Feeling kind of useless, she shouts at Liher.]

Hey, you! Get over here!

[So that Tyr can use both his hands.]

[ jumps out of Tyr's arms, over to Rita. She's less familiar, but that's okay-- he'll do what he's told. ]
