[In case you missed it. Yesterday a goddess did some shit to the fountain, and now it is full of a slightly murky water that tastes nasty.

However next to the fountain there is a sign, on which features Dellen's irridescent handwriting:

"The liquid in this fountain is a remedy for the poison that coats nature now. Drink it and you will be able to eat from the land and animals without fear.

This does however, only apply to the poison you have been asking me to leech out for you. I don't expect it will do anything for creatures or animals that are additionally poisonous.

(OOC: BASICALLY what it says. Drinking from the fountain will give your character an immunity so they no longer need to rely on the gods to depoison food from nature.)
