Where: outside the Q'Tea House

*the numbers have been run, and checked, and run again, and checked again, with a couple more iterations for good measure. the theory's been checked and evaluated, and now it's time for the payoff of all of Izumi and Ed's work.
that is to say, there's some pretty spectacular indoor lightning striking and sizzling away outside the tea house today.*
