[So, on the bulletin board near the 4th Level fountain, a posting was made last night during the evacuation of the 3rd Level. Those who have been preparing or are interested in helping were asked to gather at the fountain in the morning to get ready to EXPLORE.

So here you are, getting ready.

For those who have been preparing, perhaps you have done your allotted uncomfortable reflecting (or challenging others) for Ur'ghaste, in order to get gills plus one other minor augmentation, or else one major augmentation that might help you move in water. Kida, at least, has done a bunch of crossdressing in Ur'ghaste's name to hand out some more gills to people (Kiritsugu may have also hugged someone so you could get gills, so don't be shy about claiming one...). These people have unlimited time in the water, though they won't be able to speak to anyone else underwater.
Ur'ghaste's aide was offered morning of 64.

For those only recently aware, Tare is offering a way to get a breather mouthpiece with attached mask, by playing a little card passing game. You just need to pass a card back and forth using only the mouth at least four times! The card can be passed back and forth between two people, but it must remain with each person for a period of 6 seconds or so before getting passed again. The breather will last for an hour and a half, though once it is put on, it will run until the air is gone. The mouth piece also prevents talking.
Those who can't or don't want to explore can totally help out by making kissy faces to get people masks...

For those really jumping in last minute, Dellen is handing out clip-on glass earrings that will give people a headbubble with air enough for 45 minutes of swimming before you have to find somewhere to surface. On the plus side you're able to talk to the others.

While there will certainly be danger, thanks to some IC events, this will likely not be a combat-heavy event. I shall be on IRC in #Level2 and also in this plurk if there are questions.
