[There's only a couple feet of space left of Level 2, the stairs now head down into a dark and watery abyss.

No more snakes have shown up oddly since early afternoon, though there are probably quite a few of them still slithering around, not the mention the bodies littering the hallways unless you've been good about getting rid of the corpses.

As for the rain, well, you're all more than familiar with the sound of rain hitting headquarters by now, so you may notice when the rain suddenly stops in a wave, silence spreading across HQ from one end to the other for a good few long moments before the rain starts back up in the same wave. It's as if something blocked the rain in one sweeping move. Something big. Those near the windows may have noticed a shadow passing by overhead, the density of the trees and rain though make it impossible to tell what it was before it's already gone. ]
