Both of them are trying to get your attention, but it's the chainsmoking jerk who speaks up first, loud enough for anyone nearby to hear.]
Oi, I know this isn't some proper fucking meeting, but there's some serious shit that everyone deserves to know about going on right now. Some new, fucked up jungle sickness that's starting to turn up. We need to talk to anyone who knows someone that's slipped into a coma, and anyone who's interested in how to help with people who have.
