[There are a pair of teenagers taking up space in here today. One looks like he's just some chainsmoking jerk (accurate). The other looks much more together and approachable, dressed neatly and carrying himself with a calm, if serious attitude. Both of them are trying to get your attention, but it's the chainsmoking jerk who speaks up first, loud enough for anyone nearby to hear.]

Oi, I know this isn't some proper fucking meeting, but there's some serious shit that everyone deserves to know about going on right now. Some new, fucked up jungle sickness that's starting to turn up. We need to talk to anyone who knows someone that's slipped into a coma, and anyone who's interested in how to help with people who have.

[The calmer of the two clears his throat, leveling an even look at him]

It's the petal of a very large yellow flower. It resembles a tulip, hung upside down. When the flower wilts it becomes a pod which tends to explode with pollen when disturbed.

It's . . . not bad? I guess? It tastes like it should go with something else though.

Mm, this is the first I've known they're edible so it will take some experimenting. [:X bets it would be delicious candied...]

One of the gods was soliciting for power to go out into nature and search for some of the lost and had us trying to discover ways various things could be useful...

He said out of the thirty or so sites he has the power to search, eleven seem likely habitats for the sorts of plants and animals that might feed on people. It seems he's gone off to look more thoroughly now. I suppose we'll hear about his findings later on...
