[She sighs, but sets about making something to eat. After a bit of consideration, she makes a variation on manju cakes, though the filling she makes for them is a spiced sweet fruit paste instead of the usual anko. She also boils a few eggs, hoping that doesn't count, and sets about making a salad. She's actually a really good cook.]

[eggs are totally within bounds. he's just going to watch, maybe poke around the kitchen a bit. he meant what he said about not arguing, too, so he's quiet save for a few times he finds something exciting and goes "oh!" at it. like a child in a candy store, truly.]

[and eventually he's presented with a plate. The eggs have been sliced and fanned out, the whole thing is presented nicely.]
