What: Monkey herding

[ The common area seems a little clearer of monkeys than it did yesterday. ]

[ This would be because (in addition to all the monkey stabbings going on) since early last afternoon one knight has been opening the door to the outside, herding monkeys out the door, then closing it again before anything could come in. He and his armor are pretty scratched up by this point and he's looking pretty tired, but he remains diligent!! ]

It would seem there is, at least, an end to these creatures.

The end to this particular one appeared to be fairly far off though.

I suppose the weariness has begun to affect my judgement, but I promise you I don't plan to quit my task until it's done.

Unless you'd like to keep the corpses for yourself, I can deliver them to the kitchen to be used for general stock.

Do things like these pop up often?

To my knowledge, this would be the first time so many creatures appeared at once.

Do you think they got in from the forest?

[mostly clean dress clothes and still wearing a vest over his dress shirt. considering it is cleaner than the shirt, it seems he put it on after working with the batmonkeys]

Do we have any idea where they came from?

As best as I can tell, they're coming from a higher floor.

[glances upwards thoughtfully though he's not really looking at the ceiling]

I hadn't actually considered there being one above the fourth, but I suppose that would make sense.
