What: TRIUMPHANT RETURN

[Look who's back from their nature exploration! Aside from both obviously being worn out and the bandage on Wander's leg, he and Edward seem to otherwise be unharmed.]

[There is a lot of nature stuck to Wander's sword, which he is kind of looking at now.]

Wander: Well, um, that was a good hunt.

Edward: It's too bad we don't have anything to show for it.

Hmmm.... [Looking you up and down.] If you say so. I just know it sucked when I got lost in the caves. I was starving by the time I got back.

That sounds completely fair. You can tease while Wander panics and Sion frets.

Hmmm, mmmmaybe. You did get all mature suddenly. And so much taller~!

It wasn't so "suddenly" for me. Though I did sort of grow fast once the automail was gone. I learned to stay out of at least most trouble with time.

I'm sure the construction companies weep in their loss of profit then.

[All those explosions.]

Though it's true. We both started shooting up like weeds after Sabra...

Mm, once I wasn't weighed down with the automail and sharing my life with Alphonse, and once you hit your growth spurt and had something better to eat than lizards and wall cabbage, it sort of worked wonders for our height.

Well, at least the lizards and wall cabbage were better than what I was eating before.

Constant decent meals with a real variety though...that was like heaven.

Ah, that's true. And I still remember how excited you were over some of Granny's cooking.

And those apple pies. It was like heaven.

Those were always good. Winry was really good at making them, wasn't she?

[Nods.] Almost want to try it, if we can find the right fruit. Maybe I'll actually get it right one day.

There's enough different fruits around here that we might be able to find something. Maybe one of the gods here could offer something, too.

I did hear there was a baking god...

Maybe that one could help with the ingredients, then.

I'll go talk to them then.
