Who: Kanda and Alma (or others who need/want to talk to Kanda, they'll just be set before this).
When: Day 16, late morning/early afternoon. Sometime after breakfast.
Where: Out in the big nasty wildlife. Or in the hallway/around apartments A and D beforehand.
What: Kanda teaching Alma the ways of killing shit daily because it kills time and they don't have a whole lot of choice.

[Looking around for Alma and hoping he didn't run off too far before he's had a chance to go drag him off.]

[I am probably crouched near wherever you are casually watching you like a totally non-creepy success story]

[Starts and turns around to face him--oh, don't sneak up on him like that.] Are you ready to go out?

I'd like that.

[A nod, gesturing for him to follow.] It's this way. Come on.

[smiles at and tags along, sticking his hands behind his back]

You'll want to be careful around orange mushrooms and black vines. The mushrooms drain you if you touch the powder on them and the vines have something acidic in them when they're cut, and they emit some sort of smoke.

Orange mushrooms and black vines. Okay. Any other plants?

Most of the others should be safe, but food has to be purified to be eaten. [He usually just eats whatever the other people make, anyway.] There's also flowers that light up.

A girl named Becca said that I should bring her whatever I drag in. It was short for Rebecca. She gave me stirfry.

I know who she is. She helps make the food here. [Through the hallway door and down it to the foliage up ahead. The big hallway is still coated in stuff since it grows so fast.]

She said she had a very hard life. It's too bad. There's probably a lot of people here like that.

[ponders the foliage]

Do we just ignore this or do we cut it down?

I wouldn't bother with this part. As long as we keep it out of the apartments and the smaller hallways it should be fine.

[But he is pushing some vines out of his way and drawing his sword.] There's animals in here too you'll want to look out for.

Assume all of them want to kill you. [Or at the very least won't have any problem mauling him, as that seems to be the case.

Leading him down the hall, hacking through vines. And trying to decide which direction he wants to go.

Points to the right.] That leads outside. I haven't seen what's down the other end of the hall yet.

I'm fine going wherever you want to.

[Hums. Guess they'll be checking out the left, then! Chopping away at fines and fairy lights to keep the path clear.]

[coooncentrates on extending the edge of a blade from his arm to help -- avoiding black vines, though, since, you know. His skin.]

[Smacks a couple bugs out of his way and keeps on cutting deeper, eying any movement that might be caused by something sizable.

--Like what he thinks he sees over there. Adjusting directions to follow it.]

[stalking after, gathering energy into his mouth for... proper energy-spewing as necessary]

[Stops occasionally and looks around, having trouble keeping an eye on it. But he'll keep following further in, at a slower pace.]

Are you watching it?

I'm not sure, but I think it's slowed...

[Looks back, taking another swing as they get into denser foliage.

... And manages to lob off the tip of the tail of a vineaconda hanging from above in the process. And it sounds like it noticed.]

[jumping back from the sound] What's that-??

A snake! [And Kanda's doing the smart thing and grabbing it by it's tail to yank it down.]

[Hopefully not too far back on the tail to give it room to get to you]
