[Remember those insect terrors the recent notice was warning people about? Nova's sitting by the common area doors with one of them draped across his shoulders. It's going for his face!!11

. . . To crawl up the side of it and peer outside from the better vantage point on top of his head. Completely unalarmed, he reaches up to feed it a shard of bone from the thoroughly gnawed pile sitting beside him. He even pets its terrifying insect head while it nibbles eagerly away at it.

Terrifying, am I right?]

Aside from those, yes, though they may be better kept separate now that a colony has begun to form.

As much as this is an environment well-capable of sustaining them, there's no need to flood the immediate area.

It would be, yes. But given her own leanings, and the length of damage done, that will take considerably more time. As it is, she's barely adjusted to her own body.

Give it time. And do not blame yourself overmuch for lapses; the length of what she experienced is not easily undone.

I'm not worried about normal lapses. I can expect those. It's what the other fucks here who don't get her at all might do that worries me.

And what she might do to them, yes.

She wouldn't want to do anything if they'd learn to have some fucking patience with her.

I am not entirely sure that is the case. Her domain was decay, and empathy remains an area in which she has few skills.

I do not think she would do anything overly drastic unless provoked, but I would not rely on her being entirely benign either.
